Position Overview:

Icarus Digital Marketing is in search of a seasoned Project Manager with a sharp eye for detail and a relentless commitment to quality. Our ideal candidate is someone who can comprehensively oversee every facet of our clients’ ad campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring they not only meet but exceed our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Campaign Oversight: Take charge of all aspects of clients’ ad campaigns from the ground up. This involves ensuring every element — from creatives to copy, from strategy to execution — aligns with our premium quality benchmarks.
Continuous Monitoring: Once campaigns are launched, maintain a rigorous daily check on their performance. Ensure they are running optimally and making the necessary tweaks when required.
Facebook Ads Mastery: Harness your deep experience to guide the Facebook ad strategy and execution. This means being hands-on in strategic discussions and ensuring campaigns are set up for success from the get-go.
Familiarity with : Coordinate and manage campaign elements using , our project management tool of choice. An in-depth understanding of this tool is crucial to ensure seamless project tracking and team coordination.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster a spirit of collaboration with our internal teams. Act as the bridge ensuring timely delivery of top-tier assets that meet our campaign objectives.
Quality Assurance: Be the gatekeeper of quality. Before any campaign goes live, ensure it meets the stringent standards Icarus Digital Marketing is known for.
Reporting & Analysis: Regularly update the team on campaign performance, providing insights and suggesting improvements.
Essential Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook ads.
Comprehensive grasp of creatives, copywriting, landing pages, and sales funnels.
Proven ability to manage and deliver top-notch digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Solid familiarity with for project management.
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
