Are you an analytical-minded individual with a passion for digital advertising and a knack for transforming data into actionable insights? We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Advertising Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in measuring and optimizing the performance of our digital advertising campaigns, providing valuable insights to enhance our advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:
– Gather data from various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, and other programmatic ad platforms.
– Perform thorough data validation and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
– Analyze advertising campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.

Report Development:
– Design and develop comprehensive digital advertising performance reports and dashboards (e.g. Excel, Looker, Supermetrics)
– Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand data visualizations to communicate key metrics effectively.

Performance Monitoring:
– Work closely with Media Buyers and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
– Identify underperforming campaigns or ad sets and propose optimization strategies.

A/B Testing and Experimentation:
– Collaborate with the advertising team to design A/B tests and experiments to improve ad performance.
– Analyze and interpret the results of A/B tests to drive data-backed decisions.

Data-driven Recommendations:
– Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to optimize advertising campaigns.
– Work closely with the advertising team to implement improvements and track their impact.

Ad-hoc Analysis:
– Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support specific inquiries and ad-hoc reporting needs.
– Respond to urgent data requests with timely and accurate insights.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Digital Advertising Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
– Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
– Solid understanding of advertising metrics and KPIs.
– Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio, Supermetrics).
– Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets.
– Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
– A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
