Job Description

We are a marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Advertising Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of our clients’ social media campaigns. Your insights and reports will help guide our marketing strategies and drive success for our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Track and monitor key performance metrics of social media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

– Collect data on engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and other relevant metrics.

– Setup, ongoing optimization, and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients

– Audience and keyword research, landing page development, set up of digital campaign, audience targeting and goal tracking, A/B testing, management of ad budgets, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs

– Dashboard creation, analysis of campaign data and monthly reporting on KPIs, recommendations and strategy monthly

– Plan, implement, and monitor best-practice SEO strategies by utilizing insights gathered from keyword research, on-page analysis, and technical audits

-Engage in client meetings and strategy sessions, providing consultative feedback based on subject-matter expertise

– Generate regular and on-demand reports that provide comprehensive insights and recommendations to clients.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, content creators, and digital strategists, to gather necessary data and insights for reporting.

– Continuously explore and evaluate new social media tracking and reporting tools to enhance our capabilities.

– Driven, forward-thinking individual with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions

Requirements:

– Must be available to work on Eastern Standard Time as needed

– Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications (or a related field)

– Qualified candidates will generally have 3-5 years of hands-on digital advertising experience

– Proven experience in social media analytics and reporting, preferably within a marketing agency setting.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

– Proficiency in using social media analytics tools such as AgencyAnalytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

– Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager or similar platforms

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights in a clear and concise manner.

– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple reporting projects simultaneously.

– Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.

– Knowledge of digital marketing trends, including social media advertising and influencer marketing.
