The Opportunity

Are you a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing successful Facebook and Google Ads campaigns? We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing advertising campaigns across these powerful platforms, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, remarketing, and social media ads.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve the highest possible ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on Facebook and Google Ads best practices, algorithm updates, and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in media buying with a strong focus on Facebook and Google Ads.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization strategies.
• Superior organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in Facebook Ads or Google Ads are a plus.
