Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads expert to join our growing team. If you have experience in setting up and optimization & managing Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads then this may be a good fit for you.

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our marketing team to analyze data, manage ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and ensure accurate data formatting. This position offers great opportunities for career growth and advancement in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Experience with TikTok and other digital advertising mediums is a plus but not required. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets preferred but not required.

*Responsibilities:
– Set up new ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
– Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
– Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio for data analysis and reporting.
– Format and prepare data for analysis and reporting purposes.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.
– Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

*Requirements:
– Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
– Strong data formatting and analysis skills.
– Ability to work Pacific US Hours (Required Shift: 6:00am – 3:30pm PT).
– Adjustments to schedule required for the US observation of Daylight Savings Time. From April ’24 – November ’24 = 9 pm PhT – 6:30 am PhT
– There is a required 30-minute unpaid break built into the shift as well.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.
– Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
