Your Role

As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:

– Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
– Bi-weekly All Team meetings
– Monthly reviews

We are on the hunt for a Digital Advertising Specialist to take charge of our marketing automation efforts.

This role focuses on assisting our Digital Marketing Manager in setting up, managing, and reporting on ad campaigns for our clients.

Responsibilities:

– Execute and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Google and LinkedIn Ads Manager, as well as Facebook Ads Manager.
– Review campaign analytics, find insights, and deliver findings in organized client-facing reports.
– Deliver digital audits to help clients optimize digital performance.
– Closely assist the Digital Marketing Manager in her day-to-day responsibilities, including manage ad campaigns and prepare for client-facing updates and presentations.

Requirements:

– Must have experience in digital advertising.
– Advanced experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads Manager, as well as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Tag Manager.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
– Excellent presentation skills.
– Experience with publishing organic content is a plus.
– Experience with keyword research is a plus.
– Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– A friendly demeanor that enhances team collaboration and client relations

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

– 13th month pay
