Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Ads Specialist (E-Commerce). As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing effective digital ad campaigns for our clients in the E-Commerce industry. You will analyze campaign performance, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our clients’ marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and Execute Advertising Strategies:
* Create comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to e-commerce.
* Design and implement campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
* Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI.

* Data Analysis and Reporting:
* Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
* Adjust strategies based on data-driven decisions.
* Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, conversions, and other key metrics.

* Creative Collaboration:
* Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
* Test and optimize creative elements based on campaign performance.

* Budget Management:
* Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
* Monitor spending and adjust bids to achieve better ROI.

* Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
* Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and e-commerce.
* Implement innovative advertising techniques to stay ahead of the competition.

* Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with other teams (sales, content, SEO, etc.) to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Digital Ads Specialist, with an emphasis on E-Commerce advertising
* Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Display Advertising platforms
* Demonstrated knowledge of ad campaign optimization techniques, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeted ad placement
* Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
* Experience in allocating and managing advertising budgets efficiently and monitoring spending bids to achieve better ROI
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and function well in a fast-paced environment
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
* Experience with SEO and web analytics is a plus
