Digital Advertising Specialist / SEO / Google Ads

Terms: Part-time, 5 days per week, 4-6 hours per day, with opportunities to grow.
Pay Rate: $7.00 per hour / $560 per month (part-time)

YTP (Youth to Pro Sports) has been put together solely to positively influence young soccer players in America, and we have a strong desire to expand and grow our brand. To achieve this, we are in search of a highly confident and seasoned digital marketing professional who can significantly enhance our brand’s digital presence by strategically leveraging Google, Facebook, and a range of social media platforms. We require an individual with exceptional expertise, surpassing standard meta advertisements such as boosting ads, and instead, someone who is data-driven, capable of capturing prospective customers across various platforms to drive awareness and generate sales. Our primary objective is to secure the top position on Google for relevant keyword searches. In addition, the SEO Marketer must be able to create web pages.

Responsibilities:

Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO techniques and other relevant tools.
Scale campaigns effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Google Analytics for comprehensive data analysis.
Manage day-to-day operations of paid social advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Competent in implementing and utilizing Facebook Pixels on websites.
Track and report on campaign results, conduct thorough data analysis, and make improvements accordingly.
Exhibit excellent organizational and project management skills.
Develop and execute social media plans to amplify brand visibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or in a similar role.
Thorough understanding of marketing elements, encompassing both traditional and digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, social media, etc.
Demonstrable expertise in marketing data analytics and utilization of relevant tools.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, marketing software (CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Ad words, etc.).
Well-organized and detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) is desired.
Proficiency in video editing.
