About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team and help us harness the power of data to drive our digital marketing and business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital analytics tools, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Google Analytics (GA) Management:
Oversee and manage all GA accounts for our clients, ensuring accurate tracking and data integrity.
Actively monitor, analyze, and report on web traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Lead migrations from GA Universal to GA4, ensuring seamless transitions and zero data loss.
Google Tag Manager (GTM) Mastery:
Design, implement, and manage tracking tags using GTM.
Troubleshoot and resolve any tracking or data discrepancies.
Ensure all tags are firing correctly and capturing the required data.
Dashboard & Reporting:
Design and maintain custom analytics dashboards that provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc analytics reports for clients, highlighting performance, opportunities, and recommendations.
Attribution Platform Expertise:
Implement and manage popular attribution platforms such as TripleWhale and NorthBeam.
Assist clients in understanding the customer journey, touchpoints, and the overall effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
Client Liaison:
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives.
Provide training and support on analytics tools and best practices.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the world of digital analytics.
Regularly participate in training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a digital analytics role.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, including GA4.
Strong experience with Google Tag Manager.
Familiarity with attribution platforms like TripleWhale and NorthBeam.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
