Digital & Creative Associate

ROLE
This role primarily supports the Digital Marketing Officer (DMO), Marketing Manager, and VP of Sales and Marketing in executing the company’s promotional and digital marketing initiatives in alignment with our strategic objectives and plans.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

DIGITAL MARKETING
Support the execution of the digital marketing campaign strategy. Responsibilities include:
Designing art cards, short videos, “store of the day” features, “electrician of the day” features, and more, as required.
Organizing video and photo shoots to supply content for agency posts.
Assisting in hosting live events.
Collaborating on the creative direction for various digital platforms, such as websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.

CORPORATE PROMOTIONS
Contribute creative insights and support for corporate events, including IIEE and Bida Builder:
Provide design materials for both face-to-face and online events, including backdrops, flyers, brochures, etc.
Assist in the orchestration of corporate events, including speaker coordination and event conceptualization.

TRADE PROMOTIONS
Develop creative designs for trade promotion materials, encompassing signage, tarpaulins, truck decals, billboards, and more.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Manage a comprehensive library of promotional materials in various formats, including photos, videos, and IEC materials.
Design and propose new promotional items or materials proactively or as instructed.
Offer suggestions for improving promotional items or materials and implement approved modifications.

ADMINISTRATIVE
Support the Digital Marketing Officer in refining the Company’s brand playbook and procedure manual.
Oversee the appropriate use of the Company’s promotional assets (e.g., logos) by third parties and PDP employees.
Maintain a detailed inventory of the Company’s trademarks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should hold a degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field from a recognized University or College.
A minimum of one year’s experience in digital marketing.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent marketing tools/software, as well as Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional communication skills are a must.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
