Digital and Offline Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies to meet business goals. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing team, creating and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically are essential. The successful candidate should also have excellent communication and leadership abilities.

We are running a mix of Digital and offline business based in NSW, Australia affiliated with Enagic company and we are looking for strong Team leaders that could possibly help us in growing the business further.

It will be a long-term project as the income for the project is uncapped. This means that the more sales, the more revenue not only the business gets but same goes for the Team leaders.

What we need the team leaders to be is basically be fantastic with sales, specifically High Ticket products. It is a performance -based income, the more sales, the higher your performance rewards will be. We offer a 60/40 percentage of sales revenue division. 60% goes to the business and 40% to the Team leaders, higher rates as compared to other standard (15-25%) performance-based projects.

Our minimum sales reward is $332AUD to $3456AUD per sale. Team leaders then get 40% on each sale. There is a potential for monthly fixed income + rewards if sales skills are proven in the future ( within 3 months ) and once a team of 3-5 has been built by that certain Team leader.
