Description
The Digital Asset Manager (DAM) facilitates the organization, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital
assets in a centralized and efficient manner. Digital assets can include a wide range of media files such as
images, videos, audio files, documents, and more. The Digital Asset Manager is responsible for the ecommerce, wholesale and any editorial image and video content produced by the Creative Services
department and its vendor/agency partners. Overall, the DAM is responsible for timely fulfillment,
delivery and meticulous tracking of all product photography and editorial image assets created by the
Marketing and Creative services team. This person keeps project records up to date and proactively flags
potential issues that impact timing, delivery or budget. Responsibilities include asset naming, tagging
and organization of files on cloud storage.

Responsibilities
• Asset Organization: Set up and maintain a digital asset management system that will allow users
to quickly search and find cataloged assets
• Version Control: Archives and manages files on cloud storage
• Workflow Management: Ability to migrate and process assets across from Dropbox to Box,
seamlessly and in an organized fashion
• Metadata Management: Upload metadata to management system
• Search and Retrieval: Identify unique ways to organize the entire digital asset lifecycle from
creation to distribution, production, and archiving
• Cross functional partnerships with Creative Director, Content & Community Director, and
Marketing and Education teams
Qualifications
• Experience in using Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom, Capture One Pro and Premier Pro
• Strong skill with design, video and image file formats and manipulation, file compression, MAC
OS, digital formats
• 2+ years of experience in content management, digital asset management (DAM), managing
large digital libraries of photo & videos and various digital assets.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and organized with excellent follow up skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, creative
environment
• Solution oriented, with ability to resolve timeline restraints
• Agency or Studio experience is a plus
