We seek a creative and innovative Digital Asset Research and Development Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for identifying new niches and markets, researching and evaluating their viability, and developing digital assets that meet the needs of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and emerging trends and experience in developing successful digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the research and development of new digital assets, including websites, applications, and other digital products.
• Identify new niches and markets and evaluate their viability for new digital asset development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project resources to ensure the successful delivery of digital assets.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance, to ensure all project requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve research and development processes and tools.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital asset research and development, preferably in emerging markets or niches.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and emerging trends, including web and mobile development, social media, and artificial intelligence.
• Experience managing digital asset development projects of varying size and complexity.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
