Role Overview:
As our first Digital Marketing Assistant & Client Liaison, you will play a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for our EB-5 fund’s success. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and client relations within the context of EB-5 investments. You will work closely with our VP and team members to execute marketing strategies and provide exceptional support to our investors.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to promote our EB-5 investment opportunities to prospective investors.
– Create engaging content for social media posts, email newsletters, and website updates to attract and educate potential investors about the EB-5 program and our investment projects.
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
– Respond to investor inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and guidance throughout the investment process.
– Coordinate virtual information sessions and meetings with prospective investors to introduce them to our EB-5 fund and answer any questions they may have.
– Support the client services team in maintaining investor records, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with – EB-5 program requirements.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline communication processes and enhance the investor experience.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and engaging with diverse audiences.
– Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
– Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software) is a plus but not required.
– Interest in immigration law, investment finance, or international business is desirable.
