We are on the lookout for a versatile and proactive Online Business Manager to join me, Lou the founder. If you are a multitasker with specific expertise in online business growth through social media management, website updates, customer service, and more, we want to hear from you.
Join us in driving our online business to new heights!
Looking for someone with proven case studies and testimonials working for ecommerce clients, with at least 5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
Create engaging content and plan/schedule posts.
Optimize content using keywords and identify growth opportunities.
Particular experience in leveraging TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube for brand promotion required
Shopify Website Updates:
Assist in creating and updating product pages.
Optimize SEO copy to improve search rankings.
Ensure the website is user-friendly and conversion-focused.
Manage freelance developer with updates
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
Manage customer queries across Amazon, Shopify, email, and social media platforms.
Process orders, returns, and ensure a seamless customer experience on Amazon.
Graphic Design:
Use graphic design skills to create visually appealing content (experience is a must)
Enhance the visual identity of the brand through graphics and visuals.
Blog Development:
Contribute to the development of blog content.
Ideate, write, and edit blog posts, adhering to SEO best practices.
Influencers:
Manage and grow our influencer database
Manage affiliate codes
Wholesale:
Support our wholesale marketplace on Faire
Draft emails for sending to databases
Manage freelancers
ChatGPT Familiarity:
Be familiar with AI-driven chatbots like ChatGPT, and integrate them effectively for customer support and engagement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent English writing is a must
Proven experience in social media management, including strategy, content creation, and scheduling.
Strong understanding of keyword optimization and identifying growth opportunities.
Familiarity with TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Proficiency in Shopify and experience with website updates.
Excellent written and spoken English for customer service.
Ability to manage orders, customer queries, and returns efficiently.
Graphic design experience is a plus.
Blog development skills, including writing and SEO.
Familiarity with AI-driven chatbots like ChatGPT.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
