JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Manage email marketing tasks (setting up and tracking email in Hubspot/Speaker Engage/Eventbrite and related metrics)
• Create social media posts, calendar and other assets via canva using brand on a weekly basis
• Setup eventbrite events and manage the communications
• Outreach into linkedin communities and share opportunities
• Organize social media assets for streamline publishing based on the calendar of activities
• Manage wordpress site tasks (landing pages, publish blogs, signups, publish videos and more)
• Manage our podcast or video production on brighttalk, including editing the final product, managing via Libsyn and adding podcasts to our website and youtube
• Manage our YouTube account, including adding and optimizing video content, editing videos (adding opening / closing slides + bottom ? graphics), and optimizing our account overall
• Support our content team with optimization of blog content + website schema
• Set up inline ads throughout the blog to drive traffic into various funnels
• Manage our podcast or video production, including editing the final product, managing via Libsyn and adding podcasts to our website.
• Maintaining recipes and blog content on —- (includes formatting posts, SEO, inline ad placement, resizing photos, etc)
• Bringing existing or potential marketing projects up to speed when they have been on a back burner due to lack of marketing support – that includes social media, the 2 existing websites, calendar of email posting, and marketing for seasonal launches/special offers
• Helping create a system for and managing future podcast production schedules, including managing workflow, capturing, editing, and uploading of podcasts to various online channels (iTunes [Libsyn], YouTube, blog, etc)
• Pulling metrics and handling reporting across the organization
• Managing UTM codes
• Systematizing currently disconnected aspects of marketing and creating a cohesive process
• Tracking monthly KPIs for website, email marketing, and social performance
• Setting up emails and newsletters in Hubspot
• Performing external SEO to increase blog post rankings on key search terms
• Sending out in our email and social media for our affiliate partners and keeping them current
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 2+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Admin
• Experience working in programs like WordPress is required; HTML experience is a huge plus
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
• Experience with HubSpot is preferred; however, candidates with expertise in other CRM platforms are also considered advantageous.
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, WordPress / Clickfunnels, •
• WooCommerce, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Zapier, Everflow, etc.
be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines, be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding
have experience managing podcast production, from video / audio editing, to managing the podcast via Libsyn and updating our podcasts to the website.
• Be certified in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search is a huge plus
• Easy to adopt new technologies such as Mighty Network, Remo, Speaker Engage, Brighttalk, Linkedin, WordPress, Airtable, Google Analytics, Postly, Youtube, Canva, Hubspot, Eventbrite
• Excel in social media like Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday 9amPT – 5pmPT // Tuesday – Saturday 1am-9am PHT
• Salary Range: Php 35,000 – Php 50,000 monthly, Depending on experience
