We are a fast growing company in the luxury bedding industry. We’ve got some big goals for the coming year and we’re looking for an experienced Graphic designer and content creator to join our friendly and fun team. The position is initially for 10 hrs per week with ongoing work available for the next 1.5yrs and possibly beyond. We are looking for someone with not just the skills, but also an eye for good design which reflects our high quality brand. The right candidate will be excited to work on a variety of tasks producing content across all our digital platforms as well as ad hoc design projects. You will be well supported and guided by our Strategy Manager and will also be available to attend weekly and monthly zoom meetings with the team.

Currently, we are expanding our online presence and seeking a skilled Online Content Developer to join our team.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a dynamic Online Content Developer committed to enhancing our brand’s visibility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in producing engaging graphic content for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok, Websites and Email. Proficiency in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, and other photo and video editing software is essential. A portfolio showcasing previous design work and an ability to create visually stunning images in line with current trends are key requirements.

Essential Requirements:
Graphic Design Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating still images and video content for all platforms.
Software Proficiency: Skills in Adobe, Canva, CapCut, and other photo and video editing software.
Portfolio: Provide a portfolio highlighting your design work, demonstrating an eye for creating beautiful images that align with current trends and reflect a high-quality brand.
Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in producing content for Facebook, Instagram and other channels.
Location: Remote (Must be available to work during Australian business hours)

Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Produce engaging graphic content for Facebook, Instagram, Email, Website and other channels.
Create a mix of still images, video edits, and infographics.
Ensure content aligns with current trends and reflects the high-quality brand image.
Software Utilization:
Utilize Adobe, Canva, CapCut and other photo and video editing software effectively.
Ensure all content meets the brand’s visual standards.
Collaboration:
Report to the Social Media Strategy Manager and collaborate with the marketing team.
Weekly and monthly zoom meetings.
Communicate effectively through platforms such as Trello, Slack, and email.

Job Duration:
Ongoing, part-time position with a commitment of 10 hours per $5/hr starting rate – negotiable depending on skills and experience.
