Digital Content Creator and Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Content Creator and Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our online presence and sales efforts, primarily using the WIX platform, and creating engaging content for various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in web content creation, electronic brochure design, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Content Creation:

Take detailed content briefs and brand guidelines to create compelling and SEO-friendly web content using the WIX platform.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and meets our quality standards.
Maintain and update the website regularly with fresh content.
Electronic Brochures and Guides:

Design and create visually appealing electronic brochures and guides.
Use Canva and other design software to produce high-quality materials that reflect our brand and engage our target audience.
Stay updated with the latest design trends to ensure our materials remain modern and attractive.
Social Media Content Creation:

Develop and execute content strategies for Facebook ads and organic posts to drive engagement and generate leads.
Create a variety of lead magnets, including guides, short books, blogs, videos, and images, to attract and nurture potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with sales objectives and strategies.
Design and Sales Integration:

Apply a modern and engaging design outlook to all materials, always aiming to promote the next step in our sales process.
Understand sales principles to effectively integrate persuasive elements into content that adds value and drives conversions.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proficiency in WIX: Extensive experience in creating and managing web content on the WIX platform is essential.
Canva Expertise: Proven ability to design professional and eye-catching brochures and guides using Canva.
Design Software Knowledge: Familiarity with additional design tools and software is advantageous.
UK Property Market Insight: Understanding of the UK property investment market is advantageous.
Social Media Savvy: Experience in creating content for social media platforms, particularly Facebook, to drive engagement and leads.
Sales Acumen: Ability to create content that not only informs but also persuades and converts.
Future Development:

Qualifications:
