Digital Content Manager – Can start as soon as possible!

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Digital Content Manager who can support the Marketing management with day to day responsibilities specifically in organization. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional multitasking skills and be able hit the ground running from day one.

Requirements

At least 5 years experience in marketing account management (agency or in-house)
At least 3 years working in digital marketing
At least 1 year of remote work experience
Degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communications, or equivalent
Experience with (any) project management tool
Proficient in Google Office Suite
Marketing / Account experience
Responsive and communicative, especially regarding project progress
Self-motivated team player, able to set priorities and manage deadlines
Have had experience in the creative production process

Native-level English, verbal and written
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong ability to resolve problems quickly

Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall planning, execution, review and improvement of content and SEO efforts for Anytime Mailbox
Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing on content across all marketing projects
Conceptualizes and optimizes content, recommends new ideas and strategies, and enhance existing concepts for the improvement of the brand
Collaborate with Creatives and Content teams to ensure content for marketing projects are aligned and running smoothly
Plan, produce, and disseminate tasks to Content Writers for different types of content (with a focus on SEO, press releases, presentations, website copies, ad copies, and blog marketing)
Analyze the efficiency of each content type based on KPIs for continuous improvement
Conduct simple keyword research in accordance with Content Editors and deliver high quality SEO content (including both web content and video content) to meet target for web traffic metrics

Strong verbal communication skills
Quick learner and able to develop subject matter skills
Being able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Available for scheduled and ad-hoc calls/meetings/chats during weekdays working
Quiet workspace, conducive to video meetings & calls
Access to a reliable high-speed Internet connection; at least 25MBPS.
Double monitors preferred but not required (if available)
