We’re hiring a talented, experienced Digital Content Manager to play a key role in growing our brand’s online presence. If you have the confidence to take ownership of the growth of social media channels for coaches/ course creators, creating engagement, and lead customers to email lists and launch events, this is your opportunity to make a difference in a supportive team.

Key Aspects of the Role:
– Direct Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the founder, taking charge of growing our online presence and converting ideal audience into clients via email & social media platforms.
– Hands-on and strategic role: You’ll be strategically planning, reporting, and tracking campaigns. You’re in charge of scheduling content in our strong visual brand identity, cross-posting, commenting and driving engagement.
– Australian Time zone: The company operates in the Australian time zone, requiring flexibility to align with this schedule (available from 10 AM Sydney time).
– Language Proficiency: A strong command of the English language is essential.
– Self-Management Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workloads independently – you’re self-driven, act with initiative, and actively share your expert opinions.
– Part-Time with Growth Potential: Starting at approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the opportunity for increased hours as the company expands.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
– Ownership of managing and growing our social media platforms. Grow our online presence through effective campaign strategies through multi-channel platforms
– Creating (with Founder’s support) compelling quarterly multi-channel campaigns to grow, promote and launch products and services, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging across social media and email marketing.
– Planning and scheduling social media content (graphics, reels, stories) using tools such as Meta and Go High Level.
– Providing insights and tracking marketing performance against KPIs, reporting and analyzing key metrics and trends.
– Supporting email campaigns – loading / formatting emails, creating automations, sequences, and scheduled broadcasts using ConvertKit.
– Engaging with our audience and relevant communities on social media platforms to foster connections, drive interaction and growing accounts.
– Bonus points: Familiarity with Meta ads, Google Ads, conversion funnel metrics, or experience using Go High Level marketing platform, or other social media scheduling tools.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
– Can take ownership of our digital content platforms and reporting
– Understands how multiple channels play a part in the customer journey.
– Relevant experience working with online service businesses, course creators or coaches is a huge plus.
– Is highly organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly with minimal supervision.
– Proficient in marketing tools such as ConvertKit, Meta, GoHighLevel/ other social media scheduling tools. Experience in similar platforms considered.
– Shows initiative in learning and applying new technologies to everyday tasks.
