Job Summary:
As the Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll take charge and play a key role in developing content marketing strategies and creating content for various digital platforms, aligning with the company brand. This is a brand-new role from growth, so you’ll get the chance to shape what the role looks like for years to come.
Job Duties:
Write and edit content for digital platforms such as the website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, target segments and industry trends
Ensure brand consistency across content and digital platforms
Incorporate SEO practices in content
Create and manage a content calendar to plan content distribution
Collaborate with internal teams to align content with company goals
Edit and sequence property photos to enhance visual appeal and highlight key features
Identify properties with lackluster design elements and recommend improvements to attract potential buyers/renters
Utilize ChatGPT or similar tools to create unique and engaging copy for each listing description and title
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all listings
Update presentation materials with high-quality property photos for various marketing purposes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve listing quality and effectiveness
Coordinate with photographers and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of property photos
Monitor and analyze listing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements:
3-5 years experience in a digital or content marketing role
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
Excellent communication skills, with a passion for writing
Comfortable with analysing and interpreting data
Working knowledge of Canva and marketing automation platforms
Experience with Mailchimp is an asset
Proven experience in editing and managing property photos, preferably in a real estate or related industry
Strong eye for design and attention to detail
Proficient in using photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance visual content
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to generate unique and compelling listing descriptions and titles
Familiarity with AI-powered language generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for updating presentation materials
Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
