Oversee the development and execution of customer-demo websites and the e-commerce platform for our custom apparel company. The Producer will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring seamless integration and execution across teams. This role requires a blend of project management, marketing, and technical skills to drive the project to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
– Coordinate the development of demo websites for target customers.
– Oversee the creation and management of mockup images and product catalogs.
– Ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones across all teams involved.
Team Management:
– Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including graphic designers, logo specialists, data entry specialists, and web developers.
– Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
– Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
Stakeholder Management:
– Work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand target customer needs and requirements.
– Liaise with fulfillment partners and sales associates to integrate their services into the platform.
– Maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
Quality Assurance:
– Oversee the quality of mockup images, ensuring they meet the required standards.
– Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product catalog data.
– Implement processes to review and refine demo websites based on customer feedback.
Platform Development:
– Collaborate with the Web Developer to build and enhance the e-commerce platform.
– Ensure the platform is user-friendly, scalable, and aligns with business objectives.
– Monitor the development progress and address any technical challenges promptly.
Reporting and Analysis:
– Track project progress and performance using project management tools.
– Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
– Analyze project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce setting.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
– Familiarity with web development processes and technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
– Experience with graphic design and image editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is advantageous.
– Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack).
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience in the custom apparel industry.
– Understanding of e-commerce platforms and subscription models.
– Knowledge of API integration and vendor management.
