Primary Purpose and Function:
Content Lab is seeking a motivated social media lover with a passion for watching content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to help in the influencer sourcing team. The objective of the role is to research and source influencers across the major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The successful candidate is an avid social media user and familiar with the content and trends on the major social media platforms. In addition, the successful candidate has a strong interest in researching and analyzing social media content.
The job requires a high level of persistence to identify good-fit creators in the required niches. You will be great for this role if you want to get paid for scrolling through social media, are detail-oriented, and don’t shy away from a challenge.
Job Responsibilities:
– Identify suitable creators for campaigns by scrolling through TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and other social medias
– Add suitable creators and the required data to build creator lists for clients
– Classify creators and their content by given criteria
– Collect post analytics such as views and engagement data after a campaign went live
– Support campaign management in our digital marketing campaigns
Job Qualifications:
– Strong passion for social media content
– Up-to-date with trends and influencer affairs on social media
– Detail-oriented and structured work approach
– Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages a plus
– Willing to potentially work on a semi-irregular schedule (output-based)
– Time-management skills and adherence to deadlines
Location, Hours, and Compensation:
– 100% remote work from home
– Hourly paid, starting pay $5 per hour
