Digital Marketing Candidate

We are residential mortgage lender in Virginia, USA. We provide mortgage loans for people looking to purchase or refinance their homes. We do private Lending, Conventional, FHA, VA, Construction to Permanent and USDA loans.
Fairfax Lending is looking for a serious long-term candidate that will appreciate job security and growth.

We need a junior or senior-level digital marketer that will be part of our digital marketing team and will assist us with all tasks related to online marketing. We are in search of a individual that has experience with graphic design and creating effective social media and email marketing campaigns for the mortgage industry. You may need to perform administrative tasks, update report sheets, help with the company’s organic campaigns and on-page optimization efforts, develop landing pages and other promotional campaigns, and create targeted contents for the company’s social media accounts including paid listings.

Our ideal digital marketing assistant should have the following:

Strong SEO and PPC background
Strong English content and creative writing skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Excellent analytical and research skills
Proven working online marketing experience
Strong understanding of various digital marketing concepts and techniques
Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords and web analytics tools
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects
Must have strong attention to details
Has background in WordPress- page development
Graphic design skills
Must be willing to work full-time with the Digital Mktg. Team (EST Time)
Manage an organizational calendar
Manage mortgage leads across multiple databases
Create and monitor an email marketing campaign
Create marketing items for print
Manage social media account!

What you must have:
* Excellent interpersonal skills — must be able to communicate to individuals on all levels;
* Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills;
* Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
* Proven multi-tasking ability, especially with multiple high-priority tasks;
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
* Proactive attitude and learner’s mindset (asks questions, gives feedback, clarifies potential issues, etc.);
* Ability to independently figure out problems that arise before seeking out help;
* Capacity to adapt to changing environments, directions and priorities;
* Comfortable in working through tasks via electronic means (email, Google Meet, Zoom, etc.);
* Capability to work independently and with a team;
* Exceptional work ethic;
* Working knowledge of Google Drive;
* Modern computer, redundant high speed internet connections, headset, and webcam

Must have at least 40mbps wired Internet Connection Speed (and 20mbps backup internet)

Work Schedule: Full-time position, EST
