Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Virtual Assistant (VA) to help with our online engagement and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate has experience with engaging users on online platforms, is proactive, and is skilled at identifying potential partners and influencers. We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working independently and is able to keep track of multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities:
1. Engagement Strategy:
* Engage with our target audience (college and grad school students, standardized exam takers) on online forums like Quora, Reddit, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, Twitter threads, etc.
* Provide valuable and organic input into their topics and conversations.
* Mention how our AI learning tool can benefit them in a non-salesy manner.
* Aim to engage in at least 10 conversations per day.
2. Online Directories Listing:
* Identify beneficial online directories for our product (e.g., niche tool directories, AI directories).
* Create listings based on a provided template to ensure consistency.
* Aim to add our platform to at least 5 directories per day
3. Micro-Influencer Identification:
* Identify micro-influencers and influential potential customers whose audience matches our ideal customer profile.
* Document the details of these influencers in a CRM for future outreach.
* Target to identify and document at least 10 micro-influencers per day
Requirements:
Strong written English communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Familiarity with online forums (Quora, Reddit, etc.)
Strong internet research skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation:
Monthly salary of $300 – $600 based on experience and qualifications
