Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in handling inquiries, engaging potential participants and clients, facilitating relationships with stakeholders, and leading our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and experienced in various digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling Inquiries: Respond to and manage inquiries from potential participants and clients. Provide accurate information and support to ensure excellent customer service.
* Potential Participants and Clients Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain participants and clients. Utilize social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to foster relationships.
* Stake Holder Facilitator: Partners and Sponsors: Act as a liaison between HCS and its partners and sponsors. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to strengthen partnerships.
* Intake Officer: Assist in the intake process for new participants. Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected and processed accurately.
* Marketing Officer/Lead Generation: Lead cold calling campaigns to generate new leads. Create and execute social media and email marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
* Media and Post Creation: Develop compelling and engaging media content for various platforms. Create posts that resonate with our audience and promote our services effectively.
* Document Editor: Edit and proofread marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all documents.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience within a corporate setting is required. (Kindly avoid submitting applications if you do not meet this requirement)
* Should not be currently engaged with other clients as this role demands your complete focus and attention on daily responsibilities, making it unfeasible to manage additional clients while handling multiple tasks.
* Must have a quiet and conducive work environment, closely resembling a professional office setup, free from any distracting noises.
