We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and help drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, content creation, drip campaigns, and SEO. Proficiency in tools like MailChimp, and Hootsuite, and experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of managing and nurturing leads, creating marketing funnels, and running FB and Google Ads campaigns. Strong analytical skills for monitoring campaign performance and the ability to repurpose content effectively are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
1. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads into customers.
2. Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content to support marketing initiatives across various channels.
3. Drip Campaigns: Plan and implement drip campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
4. Tool Proficiency: Utilize marketing tools such as MailChimp for email campaigns and Hootsuite (or similar tools) for social media scheduling.
5. Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads, ensuring a smooth transition from awareness to conversion.
6. Funnel Creation: Build effective marketing funnels to guide leads through the buying process.
7. SEO: Optimize content and website for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
8. Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain social media profiles on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
9. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize FB and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
10. Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions for improvements.
11. Content Repurposing: Repurpose existing content to maximize its reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, content creation, and social media management.
– Familiarity with marketing tools such as MailChimp, Hootsuite, or equivalent.
– Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Proficiency in managing FB and Google Ads campaigns.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
