If so, we invite you to join our team as a Digital Marketer.

As a Montessori school dedicated to educating young children, we are looking for a marketer who enjoys guiding a client into communicating what they do that is incredible then creating the marketing that will support their business success. As a member of our team, you will develop brand messaging, craft compelling content and drive strategic marketing initiatives that further our mission to positively impact the lives of children.

Responsibilities:
– Messaging: Develop compelling brand messaging. Use the Storybrand messaging framework (training provided).
– Copywriting: Craft engaging copy for all marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, flyers, social media posts, and landing pages.
– Website Design: Lead the creation of a new website that effectively communicates brand messaging and company direction, including writing, designing, and developing the site. Update the site content when needed.
– Funnel Building: Design and build new marketing funnels, such as lead magnet funnels.
– Graphic Design: Design marketing content, flyers and layouts for a bi-monthly printed magazine.
– Email Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, design, and automation.
– Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms to achieve defined objectives, including market research, writing & designing posts, creating video content and actively engaging with our audience.
– Content Planning: Research and identify optimal content topics and formats to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
– Marketing Strategy: Guide client in selecting the most effective marketing strategies and decisions to achieve their goals.
– Performance Optimization: Establish KPIs, track data, and provide regular progress reports on marketing campaigns with actionable adjustments.
– Podcast Management: Manage episode workflow from coordinating with guests and editing audio to distribution, promotion, and audience analysis.
– Project Management: Set up and maintain a project management tool to track and manage business marketing activities.
– Process Documentation: Document processes relevant to your role into SOPs and update as workflows improve.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hours: 15-20 hours per week (part-time)
Compensation: $4-6/hour, depending on experience
Flexibility: Set your own schedule and work at your convenience.
Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from anywhere.
