Digital Marketer Role
We are looking for a Marketing Genius to join our fast growing Business Development Company. We specifically work with coaches, consultants and healers to help them grow their business and make a greater impact in the world.

Now ready for the next chapter, Melinda’s company is passionate about developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to enable them to reach more people and change even more lives.

What you’ll do
? Launch 1-3 FB Ad campaigns immediately to have people opt into our Facebook challenge for new Coaches
? Work closely with the Founder (Melinda) to develop effective digital marketing strategies.
? Manage all digital marketing content, SEO, email & social media campaigns
? Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels & touch points
? Utilise several data points to make decisions
? Identify and test new marketing channels when appropriate
? In the future possibly manage the marketing team as we build one.
? If you see easy things to do or if time allows – help with improving content marketing KPI’s for number of followers and engagement across multiple platforms.
? Track or organise the tracking of analytics, number of followers and engagement of our social media content. (monthly or bi monthly)
? Launch, develop and manage FB Ad Campaigns to produce leads for us to sell into our programs. We may also ask you to launch, develop and manage Paid campaigns for other social media platforms such as linkedIn, tik tok, youtube etc.
? Give consistent reports at an agreed time frame on Paid Marketing campaign results and content marketing results. (i.e. number of followers and engagement)
? Help organise to set up landing pages, funnels and email campaigns for our paid advertising campaigns and in some cases, organic campaigns.
? Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company social media sites.
? Help Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
? Responsibility for planning all digital marketing
? Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
? Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
? Devise and create referral systems using marketing strategies . e.g. affiliate links, email marketing etc.

Skills & Experience required:
? Great copywriting skills with advance knowledge of Direct Response Copy writing, Facebook Ads and writing Personal development content
? Have experience and past solid results in the life coaching & business coaching industry.
? Sound Understanding of Marketing strategy, buying cycle/sales process
? Basic Graphic design skills (desired not essential)
? Advanced knowledge of Facebook Advertising
? Experience in hubspot and mailchimp CRM’s
? Experience in creating Funnels (In clickfunnels). (desired but not essential)
? Experience in Integration, specifically Zapier software, Automation and how to streamline processors.
? Email marketing including Hubspot and Mailchimp
? Google Drive Knowledge including Google Analytics and Google AdWords and Google SEO.
? Operation of the marketing of all social media channels in order of importance. E.g. Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok and LinkedIn
? “MembersPro” members site (desired not essential)
? Running reports on all marketing metrics to management and CEO as required.
? Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
? Creating referral systems using marketing strategies . e.g. affiliate links, email marketing etc.

General KPI’s
1. Build an Editing & Content marketing team within 12 months of up to 3 people or more (Could be VA’s, contractors or in house people), in a way that keeps us profitable and hitting our content marketing KPI’s.
2. Assist in helping with the marketing strategy for the company to put 50 attendees from Paid Ads in each of our monthly Challenges x 10 months per year.
3. By month 2 Generate 20-50 Paid Ad leads per week at less than $30/lead for our monthly challenge for new coaches.
4. Create a landing page conversion rate of a minimum of 20% on ALL our ad campaigns.
5. Assist in helping us achieve 150 members to the entry level program by July 30 2024 broken into quarterly targets starting December 2023.
6. Assist in helping us achieve 60 Active Mastermind program Members by July 30 2024 broken down in 20 new members each quarter.
