M&M is a newly established organization dedicated to developing a Learning Management System (LMS) for Non-Profit organizations and businesses. Our Mission is to empower these entities with effective digital learning solutions to enhance their operations and impact. We are in the process of conceptualizing and creating our products and are seeking a talented Digital Marketer to join our team.

As a Digital Marketer and LMS (Learning Management System) Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services, with a particular focus on our Learning Management System. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical skills, and strategic planning to effectively reach our target audience and drive engagement with our online learning platform. This role also requires a professional to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brands using various digital channels. Digital marketers in our team will also leverage the internet and technology to reach and engage target audiences, drive conversions, and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and Develop LMS:

Lead conceptualization, design, and development of our Learning Management System (LMS) tailored to the needs of non-profit organizations and businesses and organization.

2. Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies to promote our LMS solutions and engage with our target audience on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

3. LMS Creation and Management:

Design, develop, and manage content within the Learning Management System. This involves creating courses, modules, quizzes, and multimedia content, ensuring a user-friendly interface and seamless navigation for learners.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-learning. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of digital marketing efforts and LMS usage. Generate reports on campaign performance, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.

6. Conversion Rate Optimization:

Understanding of CRO principles to optimize landing pages, user journeys, and conversion funnels for better campaign performance.

7. Customer-Centric Mindset

Understanding customer behavior, needs, and preferences to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience.

8. A/B Testing

Knowledge of A/B testing principles to conduct experiments and optimize campaign elements for better performance.

Requirements:

? Proven Experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing strategy, content creation, and digital creation. Digital Advertising.
? Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling persuasive content.
? Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
? Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

? Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines.
? Knowledge of the profits sector and business development is a plus.
? A bachelor’s degree in marketing in Marketing, Communications, Business or a relevant field is preferred.
