Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketer with deep expertise in media buying and advertising on social media and search engine platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google, and YouTube, with a specific emphasis on lead generation, ad optimization and conversions. The ideal candidate will not only excel in lead generation strategies but also have a strong understanding of the entire lead acquisition to conversion cycle. Knowledge of funnel and e-commerce platforms like ClickFunnels and Shopify is a plus, as it relates to the overall process of converting a lead into a customer. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns that not only generate high-quality leads but also drive them through the conversion funnel to become satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies on platforms such as Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, etc., with a primary focus on lead generation.
– Demonstrate a strong understanding of the entire lead acquisition to conversion cycle, ensuring that lead generation efforts align with downstream conversion goals.
– Utilize retargeting strategies, pixel data analysis, and custom audience creation to maximize lead generation campaign performance.
– Create and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring they are on budget and on schedule, while also optimizing for conversion outcomes.
– Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives that drive lead generation and resonate with potential customers.
– Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI objectives, with a keen eye on the conversion funnel.
– Identify and leverage third-party data sources to enhance lead targeting and campaign effectiveness.
– Provide regular reports and insights to clients on lead generation campaign performance, conversion rates, and recommendations for improving the conversion process.

Qualifications:

– Proven track record of successfully managing digital advertising campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion optimization.
– In-depth expert knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, particularly in the context of lead conversion.
– Experience with audience segmentation, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences for lead generation and conversion optimization.
– Proficiency in retargeting strategies and pixel data analysis for lead generation campaigns and understanding how they impact the conversion funnel.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially in lead generation and conversion optimization.
– BONUS: Proven experience in successfully managing digital advertising campaigns connected to funnel and e-commerce platforms like ClickFunnels and Shopify (or similar) is a plus and should be used to enhance the lead-to-customer conversion process.
EXTRA BONUS: Familiarity and experience with the Zoho platform for CRM and marketing automation.
