Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer specializing in social media paid media to lead our online advertising efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s digital presence and engagement through strategic paid campaigns.

We mainly focus on lead generation, but it´s important to also be able to manage ads for e-commerce, digital products sales and more.

We work with clients that serve ads in multiple different languages and it´s important to have a proven trackrecord thats shows good results in multiple foreign languages.

Content creation abilities is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat that align with our business goals and target audience.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, ad creation, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
Create compelling and high-converting ad creatives, including images, videos, and ad copy, optimized for each platform’s requirements.
Constantly monitor campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.
Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine ad creatives, targeting, and ad formats to improve performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance.
Analyze data and provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation and achievement of campaign objectives.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and make data-driven decisions to scale successful strategies and improve underperforming ones.

Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media paid media, specifically on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Proficiency in using advertising platforms’ ad managers, analytics tools, and campaign management interfaces.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and ad formats specific to each platform.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with various audiences.
Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance reports.
Ability to adapt to changing trends, platforms, and algorithms in the digital marketing landscape.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media advertising, or related fields are a plus.
