YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Marketing Specialist, you would be mainly responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring a multi-channel digital marketing strategy to drive our sales and build a strong online community.
STRATEGY:
* Be a leader in defining, developing and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
* Develop, manage and analyze marketing campaigns and projects.
* Monitor competitor activities, identification of trends, and implementation of new digital initiatives.
* Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI / KPI).
PERFORMANCE MARKETING / PPC
* Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan for multiple online marketing channels across different campaign formats around relevant performance channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, as well as traffic providers, like social media (LinkedIn in particular), etc.
* Designing key KPIs and ensuring that KPIs are met; the focus lies on the continuous improvement of the performance and future growth of the company.
* Managing budgets and campaigns to drive strong returns on investment.
* Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for KPIs.
* Identifying and testing new strategies to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
SEO
* Research relevant keywords that we can rank for our blog.
* Perform keyword research and derive topics and ideas relevant to our niche.
* Implement lead generation measures into the blog.
* Own and be a thought leader for our wider SEO strategy for on- and offsite optimization.
OTHER
* You might also be given other tasks that align with your qualifications or are agreeable, including Social Media Marketing, and E-Mail Marketing.

* University degree in a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of hands-on work experience in the digital marketing fields across a variety of topics – Previous agency experience is a plus.
* Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies with a focus on results
* Solid expertise in funnel, and campaign. and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience.
* Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
* Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
* Very good communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical mindset and technical ability, yet creative
* Service-oriented and communicative team player with a passion for work
