Digital Marketer / Social Media Content Creator

We are a fitness and wellness company with 15 years of existence and experience.

We are seeking not less than a GEM or ACE in the field of social media content creation (mostly for Instagram) and digital marketing.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATION

We need someone who can quickly learn about our company’s image, mission, culture, image, and audience.
Our Instagram account is at 120k followers. Our current social media person is leaving at the end of March, and we must ensure the continuity of our content delivery, both in quality, relevance, impact, and frequency.
You will be able to model your work after what has been done with great success so far.
You must possess a natural sense of visual and written communication, as well as graphics skills (namely Canva and CatPut for videos).

In connection with social media connection, we expect you to handle our newsletters together with the company’s founder.

DIGITAL MARKETING

Our offer is made of in-person events (workshops, retreats) as well as a portfolio of e-courses and e-books). So far, our sales have been happening “organically” without paid ads.
We need someone who knows how to grow our reach and convert. Though we will ensure a fixed monthly salary, we expect tangible results on both our digital products and events sales. Secondly, we expect to obtain such results within 4 weeks, not months.

We will look at two essential metrics: the rate at which you make our following grow, and the increase in sales.
We don’t have the luxury to give you a “try.” If you are that gem or ace it’s not because you “think” that you could be good at it…. But because you KNOW that you’re GREAT at it based on experience and credentials such as proven performance records.
