Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketer with Design Skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and possess a solid understanding of various digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. In addition, proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Elementor is required to create visually appealing marketing materials.

You will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns, optimizing conversions, and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

Create and manage engaging and targeted advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, user engagement, and lead generation.

Proficiency in implementing tracking codes and pixels using tools such as Google Tag Manager or platform-specific tracking solutions.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target audiences, competitors, and industry trends to optimize digital marketing efforts.

Design visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, banners, social media posts, landing pages, and email templates using tools such as Canva and Elementor.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content that aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with the target audience.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.

Conduct A/B testing and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.

Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer with a strong focus on digital advertising.
Proficiency in managing Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
Strong design skills and experience using tools such as Canva and Elementor to create visually appealing marketing materials.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, including audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Solid knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and digital marketing analytics tools.
Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
