Digital Marketer with Sales funnel experience (#2887)

D. FOX Homes & Investments Realty is currently seeking a Digital Marketer with Sales Funnel experience. This real estate company is a proven negotiator and a trusted and knowledgeable partner that helps clients navigate the home buying and selling process by giving local market knowledge and access to industry-leading real estate tools to determine your home value or customizing your home search

Responsibilities:
– Analyze customers and develop multi-touch funnel strategies to gain customer acquisition and conversion
– Work with the marketing team to develop conversion assets (emails, content, and landing pages) to align with paid acquisition and marketing funnel strategy
– Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team
– Write content copy for websites, social media, and other media ads channels with passion and persuasion, telling compelling stories that relate to people
– Preparing copywriting & execution of ads across Facebook Business Manager, Instagram & Google AdWords, etc.
– Execute EDMs and social media campaigns.

Qualifications:
– Advanced awareness of the psychology of advertising and the customer journey.
– Commitment to ongoing education and digital marketing training to stay on top of changes to Facebook regulations, strategies, and updates.
– Ability to problem-solve, analyze data/metrics, and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results.
– High attention to detail
– Self-starting attitude with the experience and excitement to dive in with the self-awareness to ask for help and guidance when necessary.
– Knowledge of various 3rd party platforms such as ClickFunnels, MailChimp, etc.
– Holds a strong sense of urgency. When something stops converting, you take actions to improve the conversions.
– Committed to following a focused process. You would never find yourself jumping around from thing to thing all day and love crossing things off your to-do list.
– Extremely organized.
– Enthusiastic + High performer. You are never caught just “doing enough” but instead give everything you do 150%.
– Analytical – You see through logic and numbers and catch even the smallest mistakes.
– Great communicator. Your written and verbal communication is professional while also coming off as genuine, honest, and confident.
– Thick-skinned, teachable, and open-minded: You thrive in an environment where you can grow through constructive feedback.
