I am a full time professional photographer and social media content creator and manager. I help small businesses in my area expand their reach on social media platforms and level up their brand. You can learn more about what I do here /
Brief Description of Job:
I am looking for a Digital media assistant to be my right-hand person to help me manage multiple social media accounts, create and schedule posts and to work on some of the tasks for a few of my projects. You’ll be the person that makes sure things get done. The ideal person is great with follow-up, detail-oriented, and can learn quickly.
Here’s what a few typical tasks would look like:
Managing social media posts calendar
Writing educating/ entertaining captions. (Tools and prompts will be provided)
Creating insight reports for multiple accounts
Basic content asset creation. You may be tasked with creating certain assets for projects I may be working on. This could include tidying up existing content, creating new content (training and tools provided)
This role is part-time to start with, but there is an opportunity for this to turn into a full-time role.
You’ll be directly reporting to me, Sarah Kohana
Job Expectations:
High-Speed Internet
Computer Access
Phone Availability (WhatsApp, Google Meet)
All other online tools with be provided.
Preferred Qualifications
Must-Have:
Fluent English reading skills
Expert English writing skills
Gmail Suite (Calendar, Gmail) Skills
Expert organizational skills
Availability during central time business hours
Tech Savvy – Able to learn new technologies quickly
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with marketing/content creation
Familiarity with social media project management tools
Familiarity with other online tools
Compensation
$30 USD Weekly
Monday – Friday: 4 hours varying per week.
