About you:

You’ll be a strong generalist marketer with an interest and experience in digital. You might have previously worked in advertising or marketing agencies, creative studios or similar media environments. You’ll also need to tick these boxes:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Exceptional communication skills and mastery of the English language.
Proven experience as a Marketing Account Manager or similar role, ideally in an agency setting.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Solutions focussed and supportive.
Wonderful communication and lovely interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Proven expertise in digital marketing channels and platforms.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an experienced Marketing Account Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting others, both within the team and in our client partnerships. Your primary goal will be to ensure our clients are happy. You’ll drive account growth, and achieve campaign objectives by providing excellent support and guidance to both our clients and our project teams. Your key responsibilities in this role include:

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related matters.

Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in executing campaigns to deliver outstanding results.

Digital marketing and SEO and SEM implementation: You will need demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies for client campaigns.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation, supporting the team in delivering data-driven results.

Client Communication: Act as a reliable partner by conducting client meetings, presentations, and reviews to maintain open lines of communication and nurture trust.

Team Collaboration: Provide guidance and support to your project team members when necessary, fostering a collaborative, supportive, inclusive and enjoyable team culture.
