Job Description:

As an Account Manager at our agency, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our services and our clients’ needs. Your main responsibility will be to manage and nurture our client accounts, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and strategic alignment with their goals. We are looking for someone who can not only speak and write in top-level English with confidence but also embody our agency’s values and commitment to excellence in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives to align our services with their goals effectively.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively, employing Americanized verbiage to ensure clarity and rapport with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and efficient digital marketing solutions.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns that arise.
• Provide regular updates and reports to both clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Exceptional command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently in an Americanized context.
• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
