(A) How would you be contributing to the team
1. Onboarding our clients by asking them a series of questions to understand their business better
2. Educating our clients on how to craft irresistible offers (such as introducing guarantees, gifts, scarcity and payment plans into their sales process)
3. Performing thorough market research through the usage of ChatGPT and other related tools for our clients, which range from > 20 to 30 industries.
4. Building strong client relationships and informing them about our strategies and tactics.
5. Create weekly and monthly reports to our clients on what we’ve been doing to optimize their campaigns.
6. Approving copies being written by our Paid Social and Paid Search Specialists to maximize ROI to ensure the copies resonate with the target market
7. Be the main point of contact and respond to our client’s questions regarding their digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads/Google Ads/SEO)
8. Liaise with our videographer/video producer to make sure the video editing process is being done smoothly.
(B) Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year accumulated agency experience in a similar role (eg. client-facing account manager or digital marketer)
2. Ability to up-sell and retain clients
3. Excellent communication skills
