JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
• Maintain and organize SOPs, Company Directories, Docs and G-Forms
• Basic video editing
• Basic TikTok management
• Assisting with our YouTube marketing
• Preparing weekly marketing reports and bi-monthly launch reports
• Posting new info in the community group and on our Thinkific site each time we launch (updating the old info with the new dates and details and re-posting it)
• Making minor updates to emails in Active Campaign
• Double-checking dates and details on materials and promos
• Helping the executives offload administrative tasks, prepare documents, and other ad hoc tasks
• Assist the team, especially the CEO, to complete administrative tasks
• Create Reports, Stats, and Metrics as needed
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Has at least 3+ years Digital Marketing Admin experience
• Entry-level proficiency in TikTok management and basic video editing skills
• Excellent communication skills – ability to work cohesively with team members and clients
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55+ WPM)

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
Work core hours are from Monday to Friday 5AM – 1PM EST // 5PM – 1AM PHT + 6 times a year we do a launch and will need you to be available on those weekends (we’ll let you know a year in advance which weekends).
On work weekends we’ll mostly need you available to answer questions, troubleshoot, and do tasks (generally not full work days).
This is a full-time role with a salary range of PHP45,000 – 60,000 monthly.
