JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Managing email marketing tasks (setting up and tracking email in Simplero and related metrics)
• Managing our Instagram account (creating/editing/posting reels in line with marketing strategy)
• Adding client events to AddEvent
• Setting up Zoom meetings and webinars
• Managing Zapier account (creating zaps and troubleshooting)
• Utilize DropboxSign to create and send contracts
• Adding and removing Facebook and Slack members
• Managing our YouTube account, including adding and optimizing video content, editing videos (adding opening / closing slides + bottom 1/3 graphics), and optimizing our account overall
• Manage our podcast or video production, including editing the final product, managing via Libsyn and adding podcasts to our website.
• Utilizing and updating existing social media content that is backlogged and rotating into a social media calendar inline with marketing strategy. (Marketing strategy will be provided.)
• Setting up and scheduling emails and newsletters
• Setting up and scheduling client/program reminder emails
• Tracking scheduled emails on team calendar
• Managing UTM codes
• Tracking monthly KPIs for website, email marketing, and social performance
• Helping create a system for and managing future podcast production schedules, including managing workflow, capturing, editing, and uploading of podcasts to various online channels (iTunes [Libsyn], YouTube, blog, etc)
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Has at least 3+ years Digital Marketing Admin experience
• Be well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, including SEO / SEM, email marketing, SquareSpace, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Zapier, Everflow, Simplero, AddEvent, DropBoxSign, Calendly, , Webinar, and Typeform
• Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines, be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding
• Have experience managing social media content production
• Be certified in Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Be familiar with Slack, Google Drive and Dropbox, Last Pass, Zoom, Stripe
• Excel in social media like Facebook, You Tube, Instagram, Linkedin
• Have excellent communication skills

• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
We pay every 1st of the month.
This is a PART-TIME position of 20 hours per week or less.
Work core hours are from Monday – Friday 12pm ET – 4pm ET//12am PHT – 4am PHT
Salary range – Php 17,000 to Php 25,000
