Job Description

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing team, and managing data and reporting across a wide variety of marketing channels for the company.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
• Well-versed in digital marketing tools + best practices, email marketing, and WordPress, WooCommerce, Zapier, MailChimp, etc.
• Be a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is wired to “mark things off the list” and get projects completed ahead of deadlines,
• Be tech-savvy and able to figure out new digital programs and tools without much hand-holding
• Have intermediate experience with WordPress and WooCommerce; HTML experience is a huge plus
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 50 wpm+)
• Understand programming automation logic (if / then)
• Be familiar with Slack, Trello, Google Drive, Last Pass, Zoom
• Have experience with Facebook and Instagram, with knowledge of best practices related to managing social media accounts

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Managing UTM codes for tracking external linkbacks to our websites
• Tracking monthly KPIs for website, email marketing, and social performance
• Setting up emails, automations and monthly newsletters in respective MailChimp accounts for all franchises across the country
• Research promotional content for newsletters
• Set up social pages for new franchises, and manage the publication of social content for all franchises across the company
• Track metrics for all marketing channels and efforts, including revenue and ad spend / profitability tracking
• Use Zapier to connect Housecall Pro to MailChimp and set up appropriate tagging
• Set up Google My Business accounts and setting up Moz Local accounts.
• Manage all SEO efforts, including keyword research, linkbacks and other efforts to improve our search rankings
• Research BNI networking groups for new franchises, and other PR-type research, as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years’ experience and intermediate-to-advanced skills in WordPress / WooCommerce
• Good copywriting skills and excellent grammar + familiarity with automotive terminology are required for this position
• Certification in Google Adwords a huge plus
• 2+ years’ experience in SEO; Certification in Search Engine Optimization a huge plus
• 1+ years’ experience managing publishing on social media; experience creating Canva graphics and light video editing a huge plus
• Experience in automotive industry (racing, repair, tires, performance cars, etc) a huge plus
• Experience in paid advertising, particularly Facebook and Instagram, is a huge plus
• Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools a huge plus
• Excellent attention to detail

Tech Requirements:

Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
We pay for the 13th month and all Filipino holidays.
This is a Full-time position.
Work core hours are from 3 pm CST to 12 am CST. // 4am to 1pm PHT
This is a full time role with a salary range of P30,000 – P50,000, depending on experience
