JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing
• Use Cast Magic Ai to write YouTube descriptions, generate timestamps, and keywords
• Update YouTube metrics on a weekly basis and in accordance with YouTube specialist requirements
• Quarterly SEO research project to generate blog content ideas
• Coordinate and contact potential unicorns for testimonials quarterly
• Link updates throughout email sequences after updated materials
• Turning LGW videos content into .gifs for email marketing and branding
• Organize projects in Canva and clear out old content on a regular basis
• Special projects as assigned. Example: Getting the audiobook distributed.
Sales:
• Update and generate .pdf content for lead nurturing such as, but not limited to, 1 pagers and case studies
• Send out weekly group call reminders to registrants using a template
• Manage the Lead inbox, including reviewing all emails, responding to appropriate emails directly, directing emails to other team members, and prioritizing emails for the Marketing Coordinator. Example tasks include:
• Send weekly follow up emails using a saved template
• Once a week reaching out to leads who have taken the assessment within our free mini-course using one of several pre-saved templates and labeling emails for follow-up.
• Sending weekly group call reminders on Wednesdays.
• Weekly update to LGW metrics spreadsheet
General:
• Accurately record notes and follow-up tasks from meetings
• Strategically improve SOPs and optimize other operational activities of the business
• Maintain and contribute to CRM in applicable ways.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Has 2-3 experience with supporting marketing and sales teams.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Know how to properly maintain a digital archive
• Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
• Have strong visual brand identity and design skills, with a demonstrable track record in designing assets for use in social media and online marketing.
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with Canva design software

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm UCT// Monday- Friday 5pm-1am PHT
Salary Range : Php 40,000 – 55,000 depending on experience
