Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Inbox Management
• Review videos of podcast episodes for possible edits
• Use Google Docs to format transcripts of audio recordings
• Drafting WordPress Posts
• Drafting Libsyn posts
• Identify customer needs and help answer community members’ questions
• Answering social media concerns on Facebook and other platforms
• Monitor community complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
• Follow up with community members to ensure their issues are resolved
• Medical billing tasks

CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
• Managing posts in WordPress
• Respond to tickets on posts in a timely manner.
• Manage YouTube channel, including content loading
• Manage our podcast in Libsyn

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2 years experience in Podcast Management and Transcription
• At least 2 years experience in Social Media Management
• Must have experience with Google Docs, WordPress, Libsyn
• Transcription certificate or equivalent experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent grasp of English grammar
• Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in Slack and ClickUp strongly preferred
• Health space work experience, especially in the nutrition and wellness niche, is not required but highly preferred

TECH REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

We pay twice per month.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm ET// 8pm – 5am PHT
Salary range: Php 40,000 to Php 55,000, depending on experience
