Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Strategy, Project and Process Consultant with Clickup Experience who can help us document & optimise processes, implement digital strategies, and manage projects and the team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our clients and driving the growth of our business. You’ll work closely with our small but dedicated team, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional results. While freeing up the CEO to focus on business development.

We have built great long-term relationships with our clients over the last 17 years we need your help to manage these relationships and projects and our growing team.

You should be ready and willing to get great satisfaction from serving our customers and becoming an integral part of our growing team.

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or from home, ideally fitting someone seeking 5 – hours of work daily, 5 days a week. There is an option of growing this to a full-time position as we grow the team. This could be a full time role if you posses some digital marketing experience (google ads, meta ads, Pinterest, Canva, SEO)

You should have excellent people skills, integrity and attention to detail as well as a proactive mindset.

You’ll report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities

Your job will be to use your experience to:

Develop and document standardized processes for campaign setup, management, and optimization for timely client work delivery.
Set and manage client expectations through excellent written and verbal communication.
Utilize ClickUp to manage projects efficiently including tasks, team capacity, and project timelines.
Free up at least 2 days a week for the CEO to focus on business development tasks.
Check and manage the team’s daily workload.
Turn meeting notes into tasks for the team to execute.
Ensure resources and systems are in place for high-quality work.
Translate strategy meetings into actionable steps for the team.
Monitor client requests and tasks.
Foster strong client relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities.
manage and continue to improve the relationships with all existing clients
respond to incoming requests from clients
Proactively seek out opportunities to help existing clients grow
Delegate client requests for extra design, development or maintenance work to relevant team members
Create graphics for ads using (training) a template and brand kit in Canva.

Experience:
———————
You should have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You should be comfortable using the project management software ClickUp and have a basic understanding of digital marketing.

You should have an understanding of how to leverage clickup to improve systems, processes and templates to improve efficiency and keep projects on track.

Strong ability to develop, document, and implement processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in managing small teams with diverse roles.

You should be able to build relationships with clients so they trust your recommendations, take action and see progress. This is how we have managed to maintain such great relationships with our customers over the last 17 years.

You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.

We are based in New Zealand and the ideal applicant will be available to work with the team for 4 hours between 9 am and 4:30 pm NZST To cross over with the NZ Team. New Zealand is 5 hours ahead of the Philippines.
