Join us as a Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to play a pivotal role in both our digital marketing efforts and administrative operations. This multifaceted position involves crafting compelling social media content, streamlining email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, and handling essential administrative tasks to support our brand’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing Coordination: Take the lead in strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and marketing objectives.
Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging graphics in our key focus areas: Inspirational/Educational, Entertaining/Engaging, and Social Proof/Promotional, for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Administrative Support: Assist with various tasks, including website updates and internet research for brand opportunities.
Community Engagement: Engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty and awareness.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media scheduling tools.
• Experience with video editing apps, like CapCut or similar tools.
• Experience in graphic design in programs like Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in email marketing.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently within a 15-hour weekly schedule.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
• Strong knowledge of American pop culture, and social media trends.
• Experience working with product-based e-commerce businesses.
• Experience with Klaviyo, an email and SMS marketing platform.
