Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Agency VA with Go High Level (CRM) experience to join our team. If you have experience in tech setup, funnel and website building, workflows and automation, snapshot creation along with general VA/admin skills, we’d love to hear from you.

We require a fast-paced, tech minded, action-taking VA to attend to many daily tasks for the agency and our clients, in particular around our white-labeled version of High Level CRM which all our clients get access to.

We are a high-growth digital marketing agency based in Melbourne, Australia and we serve clients in the Landscape Niche. I have run a generalist agency for the last 18 months and this niche agency for landscapers, Terra Digital, is BRAND NEW. You will help us grow, fast. You need to be able to move and think fast and cope with different things being thrown at you and a change of priorities. The work this month may look very different from what you do in 6 months (hey, you could be leading a team of VAs by then?!) This promises to be a very exciting opportunity in a fast-growing company for the right person.

Required skills:

Tech Set Up – DNS management, connecting clients’ domains to GHL via CloudFlare, email set up etc.
GHL (High Level) – Funnel building, workflows, calendars, automation, new client sub-account set up (6 months + experience)
Ads and ad reporting (you don’t need to be a media buyer, but be able to pull/create monthly reports for clients)
Local SEO – Optimising Google Business Profiles, automating reviews, local directory data input

Advantageous but not required:

Ad experience – Meta and/or Google
Google Tag Manager & Pixels
Web Development Basic
Funnel Design/Landing Pages
Graphic Design – Canva
Content Creation Social Media
Video Editing

Tasks likely to be but not limited to:

GHL set up and troubleshooting
New clients/prospects marketing audit
Invoicing and admin
Monthly reports and analytics
Social media scheduling
Connect zaps and automation
Claim local directories for clients
Create SOPs Keep Google Drive organised
Ad Hoc tasks as needed!

Enjoyment of outdoors/landscaping/gardening/nature!

This position starts at 20 hours, $6 p/h, but for the right fit full time is a possibility within 3 months. The salary may also be increased once you prove yourself as an asset. Professional training opportunities may be available for the successful candidate.
