**Overview:**
Pacha Capital Advisors, a start-up aspiring to grow into a full-service accounting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time, remote position offers a starting salary of $480 per month with a clear pathway from part-time to full-time employment within the first 6 months. This role provides significant personal development and mentorship, along with opportunities to learn new skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, web development, and administrative tasks, and should be eager to grow both personally and professionally with our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Website Development: Design, develop, and manage the company website, ensuring a professional and user-friendly interface.
– Graphic Design: Create a compelling logo and visual elements that align with our brand identity.
– Social Media Management: Set up and manage our company Instagram account, engage with followers, and post regular updates.
– Email Setup and Management: Create a professional email account and manage communications.
– Lead Generation and Management* Develop and implement a lead generation strategy, including the creation of a lead tracker to monitor and nurture potential clients.
– Outreach Initiatives: Conduct email and direct messaging campaigns to engage with small businesses, particularly within the restaurant industry, to introduce our services and generate leads.

**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in digital marketing, web design, and social media management.
– Experience in marketing and sales within financial services, consulting firms, advisory firms, or business services sectors.
– Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating logos and online content.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
– Familiarity with lead generation strategies and CRM tools.
– Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
