Digital Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who can help our agency with multi-location digital marketing clients for local small businesses in the US.

Flexible Work Hours: The core hours for this role will be from 8am to 12pm EST, and the remaining hours will be flexible and can be determined by the employee.

Skills Requirements:
Familiar with Asana, Google Ads, Citations, and Bright Local.
Has a basic understanding of PPC / SEO concepts.
Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Analytical, excellent attention to detail, and high problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work efficiently and consistently through repetitive tasks
Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, learn new skills and processes efficiently, work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in fast-paced environments
Experience working in an agency setting is an advantage.
Can work on graveyard shift following EST US time zone.

Daily tasks include:

Helping review paid search campaigns – search term report review, budget pacing review.
Customizing and building out Google ad campaigns based on templates.
Performing audits for SEO & Google Business Profiles based on guidelines.
Creating content calendars based on guides and checklists – helping with title tags, using content tools to generate content
Perform ad-hoc admin tasks such as adding or removing, and exporting data.
Create and maintain dashboards/reports using templates and metrics given by the client.
Verify data in existing data sets.
Investigate data by comparing and validating it in report summaries
